In this role you won't sit at the edge of that product. You'll build on the backend that powers it, working directly with the founders and the CTO and Head of Product. No ticket queue, no three rounds of sign-off.

Deine Aufgabe bei uns

  • Build and ship features, from first idea to deployment.

  • Ship products independently on top of our backend. What they become is largely up to you.

  • Turn backend data into reports and analytics, either vibe-coded or in Tableau and Salesforce.

  • Put yourself in our customers' shoes. Before you build something, you understand the problem it solves.

  • Backend: Golang (Gin Gonic), Mysql, Postgresql, Tableau

  • Infra: Digital Ocean

Das beschreibt dich

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, a technology-and-management programme, or you bring equivalent practical experience.

  • You have solid programming foundations and something to show for them, e.g., a repo, a side project, a tool you shipped.

  • You are comfortable with SQL and have worked with different databases. Knowledge/Experience with Tableau is a plus.

  • You have a working understanding of RESTful APIs and how front-end applications interact with back-end services. Exposure to TypeScript and Angular helps, but is not required.

  • You work confidently with Git and understand branching and pull request workflows.

  • You use AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code or others to supercharge your workflow — and can tell when not to trust them.

  • You combine strong coding foundations with deep curiosity, high ambition, and the drive to grow fast in a high-performance environment.

  • You take ownership instead of waiting for precise instructions.

  • You can commit 15–20 hours per week and stay with us for at least two semesters.
